Since these pictures always upload backwards, you are going to get the backwards story of the last few weeks.
Yesterday:
Bretton and his girlfriend Maddie after a long day of shopping.
These two are only 2 weeks apart, and may very well end up betrothed by their parents!
Thursday:
Brenden loved playing with sidewalk chalk. It was all over him!
His mom has taught him how to "pose" for pictures, so this is him posing with chalk.
He refused to look at the camera, but still felt it necessary to pose.
Feb. 28:
Went to the drags with Wendi, Chris and the boys.
Bretton was showing his true boy colors, loving every minute of the dirt and grime (he was black from head to toe when we got home), fast cars and toys to ride on.
He loved watching the cars drive slowly by on the way to the lanes. He watched very intently and would go "Oooooo."
Once again... he IS Chris's kid.
Ah, they joy a 4-wheeler brings!
He figured out the button to make it "go," so he was really riding it. Made his dad's day!
Chillin with Grandpa in the porch swing.
Feb. 24:
Yes, February 24th
It was warm enough to break out the water toy Bretton bought with his bday money.
They had fun, but the water was cold! Brenden didn't want to get out, Bretton didn't want to get in.
The sugar snap pea plant in my garden, which I am very proud of actually.
It has produced rather well, and I have not been very successful in the vegetable-growing department.
"Bubbles, Mom... bubbles!"
I hear this AT LEAST once a day from Brenden. (Yeah, he calls me Mom, but he also calls his dad Mom so I'm not reading too much into it)
Tippi gets in on the bubble action too. She likes to bite them. It really is entertaining.
Brenden posing again.

Grandma Weitzell wanted a "4 Generations" picture with our hands. Turned out pretty cool.

Turns out he was partial to the soccer ball (or football, if Jack or Laura is reading this)!
